DJ EDWARDS- PASTOR & FOUNDER
Pastor DJ is the founder and senior pastor of The River Worship Centre where he has faithfully served since 2004. With over 30 years of experience in evangelism and more than two decades in pastoral ministry, Pastor D.J. is known for his deep love for God’s Word, passionate Gospel preaching, and creative approach to outreach.
Alongside his wife of 20 years, Rose, Pastor D.J. leads with heart and vision. Together, they are raising two wonderful children and are committed to building strong families, both in their home and within the church community.
ROSE EDWARDS- CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
For 20 years, Rose has joyfully pastored alongside her husband, DJ. She leads the congregation in heartfelt worship each Sunday and also serves as the church administrator. In addition, Rose manages The River’s social media presence and faithfully leads the women of the church as the Women's Ministry Director.
SARAH PIRTLE - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Our office administrator, Sarah knows all the ins and outs of what is happening within the office life of The River. She and her family have been part of this ministry for several years. If you need to set up an appointment, or have ANY questions, contact our office and speak with Sarah.
CHRIS VROMAN- RIVER KIDS MINISTRY LEAD TEACHER
For 6 years, Chris and his wife, Summer, have served faithfully at The River. Chris is everyone’s big brother and leads our kids in learning God’s Word while having plenty of fun along the way! He has a gift for making every child feel welcomed, included, and important. Chris loves helping our River Kids discover that following Jesus is an adventure they can be part of right now.
BRITTANY WILSON- RIVER KIDS NURSERY DIRECTOR
Brittany has been with us 4 years. In that time Brittany has shown a spirit of excellence & commitment. Your child will experience Jesus in a fun and creative way each Sunday. Brittany and her team of teachers are able to minister in such a unique way. As the parents are learning how to lead a victorious life & the love of Jesus, their babies are too!
ASHLEY CARMICHAEL- TECH & LIVESTREAM PRODUCER
Ashley has been a part of The River for over 10 years and now serves as the leader of our Tech & Sound Team. She oversees the production of our livestream, which reaches viewers around the world each week. Ashley takes great pride in the quality of the livestream and sees it as a unique mission field—an opportunity to share the Gospel far beyond the walls of the church.
JOHN & RENEE MCMINN- HOSPITALITY TEAM & GREET TEAM LEADERS
The River has some of the friendliest people on the planet! John & Renee serve as lead of our greet team. They have the amazing privilege of meeting and talking with almost every single person that walks through the door!. You can find John & Renee in our lobby serving donuts and answering any questions you may have!
HANNA MAHANEY- HOSPITALITY TEAM: RIVER CAFE DIRECTOR
Hanna & her team provide THE BEST LATTES around! We are so blessed to have her on our team. Hanna oozes the love of Jesus and hospitality! Take some time at the River cafe every Sunday & get to know our River cafe team!
